El pasado domingo 26 de octubre, Trufas Mart\u00ednez celebr\u00f3 una nueva cata de chocolates que combin\u00f3 aprendizaje, sabor y tradici\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

La jornada comenz\u00f3 con una breve explicaci\u00f3n sobre el chocolate blanco, desmintiendo el mito de que no es realmente chocolate, mientras se degustaba una tableta con sabor a leche merengada.\u00a0 A continuaci\u00f3n, los asistentes probaron un chocolate con chufa de Valencia, elaborado con ingredientes locales y reconocido con el premio plata y premio especial<\/strong> en los International Chocolate Awards 2025<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Tambi\u00e9n se present\u00f3 un chocolate de origen Filipinas, galardonado con plata en 2023<\/strong> y bronce en 2024<\/strong>, destacando por su car\u00e1cter intenso y perfil arom\u00e1tico. Cada chocolate se acompa\u00f1\u00f3 con un tipo de vino cuidadosamente seleccionado para realzar sus matices.<\/p>\n

La experiencia culmin\u00f3 con una copa de vino Fondill\u00f3n y un bomb\u00f3n excepcional, cubierto de chocolate blanco y relleno de una ganache elaborada con el propio Fondill\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
